Time to wake up  another  Tutorial !!Woot woot!! Yes indeed ,A tutorial! Okay here is a Tag I created just for fun  and also to use my new Handmade molding paste and handmade stencil!!! I love how my paint and  molding paste matches the shabby look of The tag !! Blue is my favorite color that's why all the colors used are tones of blue ..
