Charllie's Time: Shabby chic scrapbook layout

#miracle - Maja May board

Hi everyone it's Charllie here and I'm back for another project and this will be entered to May boards challenge on Maja designs . It's been a while that I never filmed a tutorial for you guys, and I am so freaking excited to share this piece since it has a tutorial . Last week I ask you guys if you want a tutorial about the layout that I created , and I guess two person said yes so finally I filmed this video for you guys .

I am super excited to share this layout for its about blessings and the miracles of my life are my baby cousins, they are the cutest thing ever so I used there photo for this month's challenge

I used the summer basics, autumn basic , spring and even my fave Margaret's Garden (Maja papers are amazing there fun and amusive ) ( if you want the full list of supplies just watch my video above the blog post)

The May board challenge is incredibly soft so I tend to create softer edges and colors , I pick out tons of pink for this project (I guess it more cuter if its pink )

From now on I will be Sharing new tutorial videos every week , all of this videos will be called CRAFT MOMENTS . Don't Forget to click the Subscribe button to see more videos every week

No time to waste here is my project

THANKS

Guest Designing on Scrap of AFRICA

Hi Everyone !!

Good Morning and Happy Friday !

Today I am very happy to announced that my Tonsillitis is a bit okay (the soar throat was gone , but I felt there's a rice inside but I am okay ) and also Good news Today I am guest designing on one of my favorite blog "SCRAP OF AFRICA" .This is because Zeus and Zoe is there main sponsor for the month , and all DT's are allowed to make a project .

This month Scrap of Africa created a wonderful mood board using pencil on your projects !! Isn't that super cool and amazing. Mixed -media is a wonderful touch for this project .

In My layout I used pencil to draw outlines and curves. The technique I used is NO.2 from this chart . It was hard to choose first what technique will I used but later on I figured out that No.2 technique was a sure fit.

For my layout I wanted to create a subtle watercolor effect and very modern stunning look with a touch of mixed-media . I used "My Mind's eye's " Miss Caroline collection as the main based of my layout . The ephemera Papers and other paper layers are from Zeus and Zoe. I also added some Chipboard numbers by Maya road , Foam feathers by Scrap FX , Prima flowers , Vintage button and wooden skull All available From Zeus and Zoe

I decided to create a very modern layout since I never tried that one , and I guess it's awesome and cool !! And Also I used Faber castel Gelatosfor the watercolor effect it's available on Zeus and Zoe

Timers and tick-tockers ! HELLO!!

And what's up !!

Its been 2 weeks not posting to this blog or even creating project ( I am very busy these days with school and such ) my schedule is very hectic and I hate ,I need to wake up every week at 7:30 am in the morning and go home around 7:00 pm !! (its so insane !!1 but God has a purpose so let it be !)

Today's project is for Once upon a sketch and eek!!! I submitted too late ! but I made this layout around Nov. 15 but of course didn;t post it again since I am super busy !! Yet here is it and it is inspired by one and only "YOU GUYS"

Journaling is on the back :

I made this layout to remember those people who helped me, supported me and also guided me to what I am now. I would like to offer this layout to all of my friends , my family and most of all to God. Without you all I am nothing , no shimmerlyscrappy , no paperflowerboy , no bordy and most all no Charllie's Time . When I was 11 I started scrapbooking and I guess I'm not good with it , yet I found you guys who keep me inspired , motivated and most of all, you given me a chance to have things that I don't have here at the Philippines . You offered me so much not just material things but FRIENDSHIP , LOVE, AND A FAMILY .

Thank you all For supporting and most all thank you to THOSE Who become close to me

Em is a Reflection of Me ~PRIMA BAP

Hello Everyone !!

Hi Hi !!! LOL Well today I love to share a new scrapbook layout , using prima's sketch for october .. I know it's kinda late to submit but NO need to say no to Charllie

I used tons of prima products (Well love to say I love everything they made :) ) . As you can see prima blog has changed a lot these past few months , more colorful ,light weighted ,fun ,watercolor and more especially modern .. Today I based my layout on primas blog design , super light .. Well I have the say watercolor??

I started of the layout with a piece of watercolor paper prime it with Gesso and add my watercolor :) . Using prima chalk edger I created a spray that is more water soluble and diluted :) . So much fun right !! Actually at first I wasted 2 papers (which is very expensive ) , and I hate it , I was so frustrated since I thought I will never make the layout I wanted to be . but thanks To God I did create it :) HERE IS IT :)

So happy . Well by the way that's all for now and here are some of my close ups :

(sorry if I ave less photos as they said LESS is MORE)

Actually I don't own the title This one is from a you-tuber who inspired me about her make up line EM .She said that she named her make up line EM it's because Em is a Reflection of Me. It's hard to find my mark or my own groove but now I guess it's time to make my own !!! This will be a start of something new !!! Something I never done before !!

I used my favorite product which is Prima , I love prima and everytime I do project prima is always there at my side !!! I used Princess collection by Jodie Lee and flowers and blooms . For the background paper I used the Princess collection "Collage " But of course I didn't used the collage part , I used it's back side which is pink and yellowish which is perfect for what I have been imagining in my mind!!!

I became so addicted with this layout it truly phenomenal to me I was wondering what I did with old Charllie style !!! Ah !! I guess for know on youll see me in this kind of style !!!
