#miracle - Maja May board

Hi everyone it's Charllie here and I'm back for another project and this will be entered to May boards challenge on Maja designs . It's been a while that I never filmed a tutorial for you guys, and I am so freaking excited to share this piece since it has a tutorial . Last week I ask you guys if you want a tutorial about the layout that I created , and I guess two person said yes so finally I filmed this video for you guys .

I am super excited to share this layout for its about blessings and the miracles of my life are my baby cousins, they are the cutest thing ever so I used there photo for this month's challenge

I used the summer basics, autumn basic , spring and even my fave Margaret's Garden (Maja papers are amazing there fun and amusive ) ( if you want the full list of supplies just watch my video above the blog post)

The May board challenge is incredibly soft so I tend to create softer edges and colors , I pick out tons of pink for this project (I guess it more cuter if its pink )

Celebrate -Scrap Around the World

Oh hi everyone!!

Today its my first time to join Scrap around the world . Last time I checked I was a viewer for this site but now I'm a challenger. Guess what I fell in love with their new mood-board. This month there mood board contains shabby chic and vintage style which I love the most. It's hard to figure out first what concept I will put on my layout but in the end , I find it easy and very refreshing. The mood board for this month works like a tea to me . (so Soothing and relaxing )

Well Scrap around the world doesn't take you only for a challenge it takes you around the world. It sounds crazy but it's true. In my layout I used colors that are not dominant from the board. I used colors that are less seen from the mood board but I assure you , I am inspired by the colors and also the journaling. Scrap around the world is celebrating their birthday as well as mine, every third day of May is my birthday too (so I created my layout based on myself turning 18 ) its kinda late to post this layout since my birthday was on May 3 but I guess it's okay . (Pssst.. It's worth a try :)

SO HERE IS THEIR MOOD BOARD and my Color perception

I Wanted my layout to be dreamy and very vintage , so I added tones of brown ,green ,blue, and beige. ( A lot of details , That's what I need ) . I didn't put any title for the page Since I wanted it to be timeless , and very natural . The message From the mood board is definitely true. For the layout I also used Zeus and Zoe kits and Embellishments ( Since I kinda now that Zeus and Zoe matches the theme I wanted for the layout ) Check out also the store for new release products

INSPIRATIONAL MESSAGE

Life should be celebrated not only on birthdays , but also our everyday living . What I meant is, We should be thankful to Lord for he gave us LIFE . Birthdays is not a sign of aging or turning mature or what , Birthdays are the days that reminds us that God gave us life on earth and we should do our best to serve HIM

art journaling

Art journal tutorial ~life is a big canvs

Hello everyone Charllie here and I'm back for another crafty class. So today it's been so boring and because of that I literally don't do something crafty. I tend to procrastinate a lot ( so I blame you boredom )

It's almost the end of summer in the Philippines and I literally don't have a lot of projects to share, since sometimes I need a lot of imagination and especially for inspiration (and I kinda lack this thing because bored ness) but nothing to worry I get inspired a lot by seeing other crafter's create ..

So no time to waste today I will be sharing a project using la petite francaise stamps.. I totally love the new stamps ,in this project I used Charllie catcher stamps ,this stamp is used to create your own dream catcher . (that's why i love using it ) . I Created a new art journal for this one since its been a year that I don't do art journaling . So here it goes I hope you like it.

So this week I've been practicing about Calligraphy , and I hope I will get the hang of this. Its kinda hard to do but practice makes perfect. I really like the lettering especially for art journaling so the quote for this page is life is a great big canvas so throw all your paint , just be creative .I choose this quote because it matches my self and it teaches us , that any challenges that comes in our life we need to be strong and be creative .. For we are the ones , who paint our destinies .. Life depends on you . If you choose the right color ..
